HP Will not fix the 2 year warranty I purchased to reflect current dates. It starts with 2023

On May 27 2024 I purchased an additional 2 year warranty to cover my printer from the tech department.

In error, they started my warranty 11/03/2023 and ends 11/03/2025.  Tech department transferred  me to another department that transferred me to Care Pack Service Agreements.  This department told me they could not change or fix my warranty for my printer I purchased from Bust Buy March 1 2024. due to their system would not allow it.  I took a picture of my receipt and sent it to the HP rep I was speaking with.

I had 6 months warranty left on this product according to the HP website prior to fixing my printer and having me purchase a new service agreement.  I would like my 6 months warranty added back to my printer and correct my two year warranty starting 01 DEC 2024 and ending 01 DEC 2026.  Thank you.
