Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi community,

Today I started a long overdue Windows update (power plugged in - on AC adapter) and when I came back 10 minutes later it was dead (power off).

 - I tried to press power button - nothing - completely dead

 - I tried to take out battery, with only AC adapter in - nothing

 - Battery in/out, if AC adapter is connected the white charge LED on the back of the Notebook next to the charge plug is blinking constantly and fairly rapidly.

 - Since it is with SSD drive and not regular mechanical drive I cannot hear at all if anything inside the notebook is starting up when I press the power button, but I guess not.

The Notebook is from late 2015/late 2016 and has SSD drive as standard, not regular harddrive.

Does anybody know this scenario? What does the blinking mean?

Thanks to all for any help!

try a different AC adapter if you can.

Thanks, but I already tried several - exactly the same outcome.
