HP ZBook 15u G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a wireless printer HP Envy 5644 and having issues printing from my HP ZBook 15u G5 laptop. I have tried everything like switching off Firewall, deleting all drivers (including going into Windows Print Management and doing it manually) and reinstalling. I have also Installed the new HP Smart App. I can confirm that software and drivers are installed and is connected to printer but when I go to print any document I get a print error. The scanner seems to be functional and I do not think it is the printer because I can print from other devices such as my phone and another laptops. I have had issues before with other laptops but was usually a case of switching off printer and back on which I have tried including switching on/off router.

I was going to purchase another printer but I am convinced it must me something to do with my laptop but I can not get any support from HP apart for what I have already done. I am running on the latest version of Windows 10 Pro.

If anyone has experienced this problem and has a fix I would love to know how.

Further to my initial message I can confirm my laptop works with a USB connection therefore must be something to do with wireless configuration. Any ideas folks?
