Hi,

mein Laptop bleibt beim Booten vor der Auswahl Systemsteuerung hängen. HP Logo wird angezeigt. Text mit ESC zur systemsteuerung wird angezeigt. Aber keine Reaktion auf die Tastatur und nichts passiert.

Kommst du denn ins BIOS rein davor (dann würde ich das hier mal kontrollieren)? Als Idee könntest du die HD ausbauen, der PC sollte dich dann mit einer Fehlermeldung dazu auffordern z.B. ins bios zu gehen und dort etwas umzustellen. So könnte man testen ob es vielleicht einen Hardware Fehler gibt.

Das Forum hier arbeitet auf Englisch. Du bekommst mehr antworten, wenn du dein Posting oben zusätzlich nochmal übersetzt ins Englische so das beide sprachen vorhanden sind.

das ist ja das Problem. ein zugriff auf das Bios ist nicht möglich. Die Tastatur nimmt keine Eingaben an. ich habe alles mögliche Probiert, von dem ich gelesen habe das helfen könnte. die SSD entfernt, die Ram entfernt. auch die RTC Batterie ausgebaut um ein Neuladen des Bios zu erzwingen. Kein Unterschied am Ergebnis. Es bleibt beim Logo hängen.

thats the problem. to enter the bios is not possible. There is no reaction on any input on the keyboard. I tried any Solution i found that suggested a help. Detached the SSD, detached the RAM. i tried also to force an reload of the BIOS by reset via RTC Battery. There was no change in the result. It stops at the Boot Logo of HP.

Hm ok, wenn da selbst der Tip mit der HD nicht funktioniert habe ich keine Idee mehr. Je nachdem wie gut du mit einem Lötkolben bist, könntest du schauen ob du den BIOS chip selbst auslöten und gegen einen neuen Austauschen kannst (gibt in ebay / Amazon passende Chips). Ich habe das vor Jahren mal gemacht wenn auch für einen anderen Anwendungsfall als deiner. Ich habe jeweils immer die einzelnen Beine ausgelötet und mit einer Drahtschleife nach oben gezogen, bis alle gelöst waren. Einbauen eines neuen Chips ist da in der Regel wesentlich einfach. Die Frage ist halt ob sich das für ein 5 Jahre altes Notebook noch lohnt und überhaupt dein Problem löst.

war mein Gedanke, dass das Bios was hat. Hatte gehofft es gäbe eine möglichkeit das neu zu beschreiben. So gut sind meine Lötfähigkeiten leider nicht.

Du könntest versuchen einen BIOS USB Stick zu bauen. Du kannst das BIOS dafür auf einen anderen PC herunterladen und einen passenden Stick bauen (möglichst ein 2GB stick oder sowas, viele große Sticks klappen nicht). HP hat das vorgehen hier dokumentiert (hier ist eine andere Option). Es sieht aber ziemlich danach aus, als wenn der PC nicht mehr sinvoll bootet und daher auch nicht mehr von dem Stick booten wird. Ein Versuch wäre denke ich aber noch möglich.

 

Ne Idee wäre noch den Akku aus dem Geräte zu entfernen und die kleine Batterie in dem Gerät selbst für ein paar Tage abzuklemmen. Wobei bei den neuen Geräten sollte das ziemlich egal sein und keine Auswirkungen haben. Ein Versuch schadet denke ich aber nicht.

 

Wenn er von dem Stick bootet wäre noch die Option des UEFI USB Diagnostic Sticks (siehe hier). Denke aber wenn das BIOS nicht klappt vom Stick, dann der hier auf nicht.

 

Eine andere Idee wäre noch das BIOS-Rollback mit gedrücktem WINDOWS-Key + B. Bin mir aber nicht sicher ob dein Gerät das unterstützt. Müßte man aber im Handbuch finden.

 

P.S.

Am Anfang habe ich vermutet das Secure Boot aktiviert ist, aber da du mit ESC schon nicht ins Bios kommst, wird es wohl so einfach nicht sein ...

Eine Idee wäre ggf. jemanden zu fragen der den BIOS chip austauschen könnte z.B. die Leute hier. Ist halt die Frage ob sich das lohnt...

vielen dank für deine mühen

das meiste habe ich probiert, inkl bootversuch über sd karte oder usb -Stick mit live linux

für das Bios nutze ich einen 256mb Stick... bei meinen anderen wird der sauber angesprochen

der Laptop nimmt einfach keine tastatur-eingaben an.... also auch nicht Win -B

ok, sorry dann würde ich persönlich wohl mal den Chip austauschen und flashen oder wie du schon schreibst versuchen ein MainBoard als Ersatz zu bekommen.
