Hello,

 

My laptop doesn't recognize the docking station (Thunderbolt 3 Dock) anymore. I tried to install the latest firmware but the install media (sp96414) says there is no docking station connected, so I am unable to continue the installation.

 

Any of the USB ports doesn't work in the docking station, but the laptop is charging. I tried to install all the updates to my laptop, but that didn't help.
