ZBook14u
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a zbook 14u G5 (i7 8th gen) which I purchased recently and after setting up the machine with windows 10 64 bit it just seemed really doggy slow. I checked the processor and saw that the speed was 0.4 GHZ. It was suggest to me that I might need to update the bios and when I did so, it appearing to be installing properly .  After some time, the screen went black and the keyboard was backlit and the machine appeared to be locked up. I left it overnight hoping it might finish whatever it was doing and recover, but it is now non functional. What do I need to do to get it back into the living again?
