I sent my computer to HP for a touchpad problem, and they ended up sending it back with a broken computer (it cannot be rebooted). They expect me to pay for it for almost 400$ for their mistake. I don't know what they're doing back there but they're absolutely useless and incompetent at what they do.
I have many assignments due that require a computer, so they not only wasted my time but also my work.
So learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY OR SEND ANYTHING TO HP!
