The issue with my laptop screen (damaged). HP support team said, since it is physical damage, it does not cover under warranty and it will be paid service.
We agreed for the same and made payment for the same.
Now, the HP support team is not responding to any of our calls or emails. The issue has been going on for the past 45 days. We never expected such poor support from HP.
hope issue will be taken into consideration and it will be resolved soon.
