Hi everyone,
I bought this HP ZBook Studio on 13.01.2020 and in July 2021 it already had faults. The warranty is until 23. April 2022.
The notebook screen does not auto rotate anymore. I told HP customer service and they send technicians to repair it. However, after several attempts the technicians were not able to repair it. The technicians wrote a report, that it cannot be repaired and reverted the issue back to HP.
Now I am sitting here with a notebook that was really expensive and is faulty and cannot be reparied.
HP offered me to take the notebook back but only give me a refund of 63% of the initial sales price.
I think this is really UNFAIR. The notebook broke within the warranty.
My question:
Does anyone know what the HP warranty promise for such notebooks is?
How can I find out the details about the warranty that I actually got when I purchased the notebook?
Is there any way to hold HP accountable to honor their warranty?
Thank you.
Regards,
Nik
