HP enterprise customer warranty

Can someone point me in the right direction I am trying to get 200-300 computer warranty check and it so hard by entering a max of 12 at a time. Do HP has a portal that can import all of our Enterprise customer, it seem like no one from HP is responding back to me. I also put in a support ticket but never heard back. Come on HP we are your enterprise customer just seeking a better solution for warranty check. I really like to get our warranty check for asset refresh.

Hi Fyang, any update on this? I've got the same question seeking for a way to conduct bulk warranty checks.

I made progress but HP is awful, I guess all manufacturers has it own flaws.

No one from HP contact me direct I did some Google searching and found some link and shoot them an email.

You will need to contact them direct  like I did. 

Prerequisite:

You need your Rep to send you an .csv/excel file of info all devices that tie to the warranty package.

1. example Serial# of laptop/desktop associate with the warranty Active CarePack.

2. HP will create a New Dashboard upload the file

3. Sign in download the HPInsight agent from download page from HP, install the agent to the devices.
