Product: HP ENVY Touch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The case on my ENVY is separated in the corner where the power plugs in. Front right where screen attaches. Is this common and will HP repair this?

This is not a common issue with the notebooks.

 

As this is a hardware issue, I suggest you reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service option.
