HP Recommended

I have a hp envy which the hinge has separated and this stops the laptop closing.  Can anyone share advice on having this resolved, as I have not had any success at the store of purchase.  From searching online, there are many reports of hinge

I am afraid this cannot be resolved remotely - you need to involve the HP Support department to get the device serviced / hinges or other parts replaced.
