Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511V4AV)
I sent my laptop to HP for hardware repair on March 5, 2024. It was still under warranty.
After 3.5 months, I have not gotten it back. When I call to request an update, I am forwarded from one phone agent to another, sometimes doubling back to a department I already spoke to. These phone calls can last over an hour. I have used the Chat function and the phone.
It appears that they have lost my laptop, because although documentation exists that they received it, nobody actually knows where it is. And there is no action to locate it.
At this point, how do I get reimbursed for my device? Is there an ombudsman who can help? Please advise. Thanks.
