Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP probook 450 Gs will not light up even with plugged in on power socket.

Greetings!!

 

I would suggest you to perform the following steps:

 

1. Disconnect all the External device connected to the unit , and remove ac adapter and battery from the unit.

 

2. Press Power button for 45 seconds.

 

3. And connect only Adapter and power on the unit.

 

4. Once the unit boots up then shutdown the unit and reconnect battery and power on the unit.

 

The above steps, should fix the issue.
