Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody,

due to Windows 7 support expiration I upgraded my notebook to Windows 10.

Now I'm experiencing OS lockup during both shutdown and restart: it happens almost randomly, but most of time either after using the SKYGO app or after an USB data transfer (to or from an USB key/HD). It never happened with the previous OS (Windows 7 Pro 64 bit)

Before it locks up, I hear the fan at maximum speed even though the notebook is not overheating (checked temperature both with CPU-Z and Fanspeed): after waiting for a couple of minutes, the fan stops and shutdown goes well, but the fan not always stops.

I also replaced its heat conducting paste (it had to be done anyway) and seemed to work for a week, but after that it got back to the same problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.
