Hi,

I know this is not the correct board but there is no board thet fots the problem.

I recently registered 2 hp products (a laptop and a dock).

When i wanted to check if i registered them succesfully i noticed thet i cant check.

Now if i go to the product registration page (https://register.hp.com) and i click on my account i am asked to select a country  and then i am asked to log in. But when i try to log in (I can enter my username and password) I am redirected back to the US site for product registration and i am back to the beginning. This keeps hapenning so basically i am just doing cirecles on that page.

So in conclusion i cannot see my registered products as it is impossible for me to get to my account information ont thet page.

If anybody found a way to get around this or if I am doing it wrong plas let me know.
