HP Recommended

Hi, I recently gotten a SPEN-HP-04 to use with my laptop. It is fully charged as it is showing solid white light when plugged in however, I couldn't paired it with my laptop despite pressing for 3 second and more on the top button, no blinking blue light and not showing any Bluetooth device found on the laptop. Anyone knows any solutions or what's wrong with the pen?
