My PC had a power Issue and sent if to one of HPs authorised service partners (after checking list of them from HPs website). First of all they repaired the device and didn’t took a go ahead from me before making the repairs after diagnostics. Also did wrong diagnostic. And took the payment and then there was fire in their office which burnt everything. Now they are avoiding me as its been two months and not providing me any compensation. Where should I reach HP or who to contact. As its the HPs provided list from where I got the details and went to them.

@Zaigha

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

I am sorry this happened.

"Authorized" service centers are independent businesses.

HP does not provide a personal guarantee for any repair center outside of HP's own internal repair facilities.

I will send a request to the Community moderator team to look at your message.

What else?

Contact your insurance and ask whether you have coverage for this type of misfortune.

Contact your local authorities - perhaps a city or county service that oversees businesses.
