Ordered two laptops that I had intended to buy/keep in March. However, upon receiving the laptops, I realized I preferred a different brand, so I decided to return them. Unfortunately, during the return process, something went wrong with DHL, resulting in a delay. After extensive communication and investigation, DHL returned the laptops to me instead of sending them to HP. It seems that DHL encountered an issue that prevented them from using my return label, so I had to request a new label from HP. Surprisingly, HP has refused to provide me with a new label or schedule a pickup time. I no longer want these laptops as I have already purchased a different one. Despite my numerous attempts to contact support, they keep insisting that they are unable to assist me. Could someone please help me with this situation? It has been three months, and the stress is becoming unbearable.
