Product: HP zbook 17 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop will not turn on. The charger light on the computer turns on and off. The light on the Caps Lock button turns on and off. The screen is always black.

I found the source of the problem. the pin in the charger was distorted. i corrected it and das works great.
