HPIA (5.0.3) Failing to install softpaq(s) after download

ProBook 640 G3 / EliteBook 1030 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the last 2-3 weeks the HPIA has been failing to install the softpaq(s) after they are downloaded. It returns a failure in the summary, with "Unable to create installation script (install.cmd)". It does download the packages and they can be manually installed one by one, but that takes about 40 minutes of manual interaction per laptop and that is massively more inconvenient than having it work as intended. 

 

Yes HPIA is being ran with admin privileges.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
