Product: HP Probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have a user that registered his finger print on the laptop but did not enter an alpha numeric password in windows and says that he did not in Finger print. It allows him to log in with the finger print fine but I don't like not knowing an alpha numeric password. How can we safely remove this program without locking out the laptop?
