Probook 440 g7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently updated my ProBook 440 g7 bios. Since then my laptop has started working slow, turn hot, and uses a lot of CPU to run even if nothing is running. I have tried to downgrade my update but it does no good. I have ran sfc  /scannow, cleanmgr, chkdsk commands in cmd.  I have bought this laptop recently (October 2020). This is the replaced product as the first was a faulty product.

i would make sure your laptop is up to date, not just the BIOS... run HP Image Assistant and update everything it suggests
