Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a used laptop HP EliteBook 845 G8 model. Its processor is AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 5650U. I mostly play free fire games on ultra graphics. That's why the function key area on the left side of my laptop gets very hot and the effect of this heat is on the screen. As a result, the left side screen also gets hot. CPU temperature shows 98 degree and CPU fan speed 4865 max time. Is this normal or due to some problem? 

Experienced people please give solution.
