I would like to raise the complaint regarding my laptop heating issue which I have been facing it from the day I have purchased the laptop and even after putting my laptop in the service centre twice I am not at all satisfied with the solution and service
Below is the details for the laptop
Product name : HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dy1xxx
Product number : 63P71EA#ABV
Serial number : [Personal Information Removed]
Processor name : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1155G7 @ 2.50GHz
There has been regular heating issue which I tried getting sorted from the service centre however the solution is still not satisfactory and even the battery is still draining fast even after getting it changed
