Hello, cashback not credited

Hello HP Support Team,

I had made EMI transaction to purchase laptop on 31st Dec 2022. There was an active offer between SBI bank credit card and HP. As per the offer Cashback was supposed to be credited within 90 days of purchase.

But even after 90+ days, I haven't received Cashback amount. 

Already i contacted on your support no. 7 to 9 times but till Now cash back not credited. Today i submitted 5th EMI. Next month i will submit last EMI. What i do HP? I contact SBI credits support also but they are not credit cash back. And they charge every month additional charge (GST + site charge) on no cost EMI.

Kindly raise a complaint to concerned hp Department in this regard

Hello, HP Till now my CashBack amount not recived. 

your After sales service is disgusting. I called your support servise, Email on Service Head but they are Nothing to do. they told me call bank... bank said you get it... what the hell. whenever i'm not getting... so where is cashback amount arround 8000+ rupees?
