Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

I had gotten the warranty for my HP printer and I’ve been a loyal customer getting monthly printer ink for the printer. However, the printer no longer worked and I was told that I would be getting a new printer. I got the new printer and I sent back the old printer They still took $100 out of my checking account without notification that they were going to do that not even with the date of when they were going to do that I have been fighting between my bank, the local police department, and HP to get my money back and I have yet to get it so forewarning do not get their warranty and in fact, don’t even get an HP product and go to some other company like Dell, Epson or Apple but I will no longer be doing business with HP ever again. They stole money out of my account without notification. There was no reason why they should’ve been taken $100 out when I was told that it would only cost a dollar for me to have the new printer and their customer service department is horrible. I have gone to the Better Business Bureau in the Attorney General’s office and they still won’t do anything. Next will be the FBI
