HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook I114 12D Snapdragon X5 LTE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I found how to remove the back cover - removed the SD card holder and another screw was there.

All looked promising until I removed the battery but the IC card for the keyboard is taped secure... I am not going to remove it myself.

better take it to a specialist...
