HP Probook 6570B
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a HP Probook 6570B Laptop with Product No. A5E64AV. During my absence its power adapter was burnt and the person who burnt it brought a 65 Watt new adapter. I am not sure whether 90W or 65W was used as original for the laptop. My question is whether the wrong wattage adapter have any effect on laptop ?And if it would how to identify the exact wattage of adapter used.
Thanks.

Regards,
Himanshu ...

Hi,

Yours needs a 65W ac adapter. So you can use the 65W adapter or a 90W adapter (the notebook will only use the needed power).

Hope it helps,

David
