Hello @Chirayu1988

Welcome !

  • Were you able to boot Ubuntu just once, at least once ?
  • Are you positive it has been successfully installed ?
  • Which OS you installed first and which second ?
Windows installation overwrites the boot record instead of updating it. So older OS options are no longer available.

Best option is to first install Windows, and then install Ubuntu. During the last phase of the ubuntu install, the grub boot utility will typically detect the Windows OS on the other partition and add it to the boot menu.

In order to change the boot order now (temporary) :

  • Try pressing Esc button repeatedly on start up to load HP Start up menu, like shown here >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSN0qzXayUY
  • Press/choose F9 button and make sure you select the Ubuntu partition using the keyboard and ENTER ?
  • Does Ubuntu load ?

If anything Ubuntu related is present in the list of F9 boot options but Ubuntu fails to load, try repairing GRUB2. Here are details >> https://www.howtogeek.com/114884/how-to-repair-grub2-when-ubuntu-wont-boot/

You may configure boot options by entering the BIOS/UEFI with Esc/F10

Then go to Advanced tab -> Boot options
