Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, my 1030 G5 Elitebook suddenly the touch screen stopped working for almost a year, it passed all the hardware checks and drive test except the bios hardware test cause the touchscreen doesn’t work at all and the uefi diagnostic tool doesn’t record any error codes and success codes. Please I need help on this issue. I have updated, rolled back and freshly installed both windows 10 and 11 but still didn’t work, I have updated bios, hard reset, enabled and disabled driver, cleaned the screen with microfiber cloth but none of these seem to work.
