Envy M7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried uninstalling the battery drivers and shutting down, unplugging everything  then rebooting.

I have checked and the driver CmBatt.sys is installed.

I have checked and all updates have been done.

I have ran the Battery Check from the Support Assistant and it found no errors.

The battery only has 850 hours on it.

The power cord plug in the computer does seem excessivly tight.

Tray notice says 6% plugged in , not charging.

Ideas???

Thank you for the help, I did update the Bios, then I got the bright idea to look down into the plug that attaches to the notebook. The center pin was bent to one side. After straightening it out all worked perfectly!

I must have been bent for months, and just barely charging enough to keep working..  Thanks Again!
