Product: HP ProBook 6460b Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop turns itself off after a while, either charging or on battery. The battery (power) indicator sometimes flashes oranges behind a perpetual white led and the laptop would become unable to power up. 

Does anyone have a similar experience? What should I do?
