Hello,

 

notebook ZBook Studio 3G

T7W01EA

i had 3 accounts for security in BIOS,

i reset fingerprint from BIOS, then reset security to factory in order to have only 1 user.

 

BIOS is locked now, username is defaultuser1, i didnt even use that username. i dont know what this user password or where did it come from.

 

now i want to unlock the BIOS in order to boot into my system.

You will have to contact HP technical support for assistance with obtaining a SMC.bin file for your PC.
