Product: Elite book 840 g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

No display in elite book 840 g4. With touch screen 

while powering on caps lock $ wifi light blinking 3 times so check the error code is memory related issue 

I try clean the ram and reconnect -  same error code 

Changed the ram slots one to other - same error code

Ram also changed - same error 

 bios battery reseted then also same issue 

so kindly suggest what is the  Exact issue

Are you positive it only blinks 3 times ? It should be some long and short blink ?

3 long blinks + some short ones are usually systemboard issue.

 

Would you be able to take a video of the way it blinks and post it back here ?
