Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0010ca

My hp envy 360 bought a year and a half ago had both hinges break while lifting the lid. While breaking, the hinges also broke the screen so it is now completely unsuable. Kinda horrible for a computer at that price to break like that, cheap plastic with very thin screws holding that in place… anyway i can have some support with an agent as to what solution i have? Thanks

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your HP ENVY X360 Laptop - 13-Ay0010ca.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link.
