Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is not only having a beep issue but too many issue before.

- Battery issue - battery charging stuck at 19 and after remove the power cord, it shut off

- Hardware issue - keyboard and mouse sometimes not responding and while keyboard is not responding, if hit the key frequently it bsod with whea uncorrectable error code

- Overheating issue - pc is hot when booting and power on

AND the 3 long 3 short beeps

Cpu intel core i3-7100u

Ram 4gb

Ssd 128gb

The red light blinks three times, and then three, short white light blinks (3 long red, 3 short white)

This condition indicates a potential graphic chip failure.

Contact HP Customer Support for repair due to graphics or video failure.
