Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1 week ago bought brand new HP 450 g9 laptop. Powerful, perfect, very nice laptop it was. I was like work with.

First is first. Bios update not completed by me, I didn't do anything for that risky operation.

Automatically updated in the background by HP Support Service.

and popup brings to ask restart computer needed because of bios update. I clicked ok, restart it.

I never interrupt any update progress, when popup brings up it was already updated by the HP service. So I did nothing wrong.

And after restart the laptop it never open again. I lost my 1 week new laptop totally.

3 long 2 short beep started. No key combinations, no usb recovery nothing helped me.

HP service totally destroyed the laptop by itself, it was not my decision. Not my action.

Congratulations HP, I am expecting a big excuse
