Product: pavilion 15-n207tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

3 big dark black circles/spots in the screen. Should i need to replace the screen ? or any technique to correct it ?

not possible to fix in any way.You need to replace the screen.Try to search what screens fit your model and try to find a screen a bit different of yours if possible (hp laptops often have different grade screens in terms of resolution and more than one screen is compatible with a specific laptop)
