SMC.bin file cannot be provided here in the Community. You need to contact HP Support for Business (since the device is of business class commercial type).

 

 

 

You appear to be from a country located in Africa. For it, support is available in English or French

SMC.bin file are no longer provided by HP.

Your PC may need to be services if you do not know the BIOS/UEFI password.

 

You may need to reach to HP directly or HP Authorized service center.
