Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a laptop in 7 oct 2019.

Part Number 4SR00PA#ACJ

SL No [Private information removed]

This laptop was damaged internally. Overheating & Battery issue.I complaint immediately. Customer support file a case in hp   21 oct 2019. Case id ‪[Private information removed]. Technician replaced the battery. But issue not Fix. Hp support close the above case. I mailed immediate the customer service about issue not fix. No reply. The above case problem was not solved. Case closed without my permission. Nearly i bought 10 month has passed not fix issue.   I received a defective product  but no  replacement or refund. I complainted within   10 days of buying.Again I called customer service, he not fix the old case problem, he book another case. Case id [Private information removed].What to do? Don't cheat customer. Respond the customer complaint. if you not   replacement or refund, i will complaint according to the   consumer protection act. you will also pay compensation cost.
