Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

 

I frequently getting this blue screen error saying that: Unmountable boot volume. I have reset my laptop for more than 6 times but it didn't help. I have installed a 8gb ram ( in 2nd slot total 16gb) in my laptop and nothing else.

I play games but they all are paid and original from Steam and i don't think that is gonna affect anything to my laptop.

If you have any solution to this problem please respond.

BTW my laptop is hp15s Model no:eq2144au, processor ryzen 5 5500u, integrated radeon graphic card with 512mb vram, 16gb ram( 8gb I installed it from my friend's shop ).
