Hp 250 g7 I7-85
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this fairly new laptop without a hard drive (data protection issues). Bought a new ssd stick and reinstalled a fresh Windows 10 on it.

The problem is it cannot find drivers or locate the audio speakers (Speakers setup [unknown] Off).

I've tried pretty much everything i know off.

- bios update

- uninstall drivers

- disable devices and scan for changes and install drivers again

- bios default setup

- HP Diagnostics UEFI

Diagnostics UEFI runs version 1.24.0.0 bios and i don't have a 'Component Test' tab in this version.... 🤔

Laptop run out of warranty August 2020 so i assume is 1 year and 7 months old -ish.

Any suggestions kindly appreciated

(Sound works fine through any Bluetooth connection, or hdmi or a wireless connected display/tv)
