I cannot enter in BIOS Mode, when I reboot the system & press F10 it is asking for BIOS Password.

I did not remember the password...

Contact HP Support. I believe your system is amongst those that need a custom SMC.bin file to remove a BIOS password. Do not remove the RTC battery in an attempt to reset this, as the file is date and time sensitive.

For that model you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

Just to note, don't try removing the RTC battery.  It won't remove the password, but it will reset the clock - as smc files are time coded, a large disparity between the system clock and the time encoded in the smc will cause it to fail.
