I did open a case with hp service support and the case have completed 4 months and not yet closed

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae001nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to call them everyday and I spend 90 min (avreg) just to let their colleagues send email for them to call me and they will not call. I pay for each minet 0.66 us $.
