Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 ram slot 4 GB for each total 8 GB but recently only 1 ram is working so ,what should be solutions?

Hello.

 

Start by reseating the memory modules. Remove both of them and install them back again.

 

If the problem does not go away, test one memory module at a time in both sockets, to eliminate a possible socket problem. If the memory socket is broken, there is nothing to do but to replace the motherboard.

 

When you have identified the broken memory module, it is up to you to decide whether to buy a replacement or not.
