I have managed to resolve this problem by removing the one RAM chip at the bottom of the Keyboard and set it at the bottom on the spare slot. after this exercise i have also managed to roll back the bios FROM 7-6 . apparently this model does not respond to Win+B or V and Power button for bios update. I recommend to try the RAM chip one by one to make sure they are all okay and if you have more than two Memory compartiments try diefferent slots.
