I have an Hp spectre x360 10750h core i7 drains batery when off

I have hp spectre x360 10750h core i7 10th generation.

it has 16gb ram, 500gb ssd.It's secondhand but it has a problem of battery drain when its off.And when you charge it to 100% it drops to 95% not an instant drop ,but can stay 20-25 minutes before dropping to 95%.There is no batery detail, 99%,98%,97% etc.Updated all drivers, bios ran batery test it shows the battery is ok.

Since you have already performed all the possible steps and seems the battery is ok with no warnings.
