Product: Chromebook x360 (8 RAM 64 HD) Model 14 -- DA0012D

I had the lower grade screen and just upgraded to this popular HP Chromebook.

 

Is it supposed to run hot?  Seems hottest on the left side of the laptop.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you getting any error on the computer related to overheating?

Is the computer restarting or shutting down when it overheats?

 

All Chromebooks heat up when they are charging or when streaming videos or other high CPU apps.
