Product: HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (275W0AV)
I am trying to open a new case as a business user, but am prompted that I need to register. When I register, it says that a duplicate has been found. My email address is: [Personal Information Removed]
I cannot log a new case because I cannot register, despite having already registered and already having previously obtained support.
( I want a faulty key replacing on a laptop keyboard and need to book and engineer to site )
